In cooperation with the City of Chattanooga Police Department, the UTC Police Department is investigating a report of an attempted aggravated assault. The attempted assault was reported to have occurred on February 13, 2018, between 4:00 – 4:20 p.m. near Guerry Apartments. The suspect was described as an African American male in his 50s with an average build. He was wearing a gray hat and a navy jacket. He has a light gray beard and a gap in his teeth. He was last seen heading toward Martin Luther King Blvd.
