We have an update on the incident involving Chuck Cantrell and Joe Wiram story from before the holiday break.
After facing charges of public indecency, the two UTC employees have resigned. The resignation took effect on December 19.
Wiram and Cantrell were scheduled to appear in court earlier in January. Cantrell did not enter a plea and is due back in court on February 20.
Wiram had his charges dismissed and expunged from his record. He has been ordered to stay away from Cinema One and has to pay a $500 fine.
