Stephen Hawking, the world’s famous physicist, has passed away at the age of 76 in his home.
Doctors diagnosed Hawking with Motor Neurone Disease in 1963 at the age of 21. He was expected to only live for another two years.
Hawking is responsible for several quantum theories, including those relating to black holes.
Tributes poured in for Hawking, including condolences from Theresa May and The Foo Fighters.
