UTC Police are investigating a case of alleged stalking that occurred in the University Center today, August 24, 2018, at approximately 10:50 a.m. An unknown male suspect approached a female student and made comments she found troubling. The female student reported a similar incident involving the same male on Monday, August 20.
The suspect was described as a thin African-American male with some facial hear and a low-cut haircut. He was last seen wearing gray shirt.
