Ten Most Wanted Suspect Caught in Virginia

CPD News: On Friday, November 30, 2018 Dominic Collins, the suspect in the April, 2018 attempted murder of Leonard Myree, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals and the Lynchburg, Virginia Police Department. Acting on tip, law enforcement located Collins at an apartment in Lynchburg, VA. After a brief attempt to flee, Collins surrendered without incident.

Collins was placed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s (TBI) Top Ten Most Wanted list in May, 2018.

The Chattanooga Police Department appreciates the assistance received in apprehending this violent felon. CPD will work with our law enforcement partners in Tennessee and Virginia to have Collins extradited to Hamilton County.

Aggravated Assault
Reckless Endangerment
Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
