UTC Student Suspended for Breaking Campus Covid Rules

The University has placed a student on interim suspension for failure to comply with the University’s COVID-19 health and safety directives.

Specifically, the student failed to remain in an off-campus COVID-19 isolation site and came onto campus in violation of the University’s directives.

This interim action shall remain in place pending formal resolution of the reported student code of conduct violations through the UTC student conduct process.

The University takes the health and safety of everyone on campus very seriously and will continue to promptly address reports of members of the campus community not complying with University rules and policies.
