UTC Police say a man vandalized and stole items from a testing area on campus.
The incident happened last Friday at the DRC Testing Lab located in the first floor of Frist Hall.
The police report says 23-year-old Geoffrey McGowen raised suspicion when he tried to walk out of the building with a painting and computer equipment. He at first resisted arrest.
McGowen will go to court March 5.
